Now, you’re probably expecting to hear something about how we’ve been in business since 2015 or how we’ve helped several thousand people lose weight, build muscle, torch body fat, tone up, and build bulletproof confidence.
You might be expecting to hear how our owners graduated from NPTI (National Personal Training Institute) with honors, how we’ve been voted Best Gym In Pueblo, or Best Trainers In Pueblo.
You might be expecting to hear all of that, but that wouldn’t really tell you anything “about us.”
Because to know anything “about us” you should know that we are “about you.”

In sticking with that, here are some things you can start doing TODAY to get healthier, both physically and mentally.
• Sleep 6-8 hours •
• Balanced diet of mainly whole foods •
• 3 Liters of water •
• 2 teaspoons of salt •
• 45 minutes of walking •
• 4 weightlifting sessions/week •
• 30-50g of protein/meal •
• Stay away from assholes •
